INGREDIENTS:
- 12 chicken wings cut into sections
- 1 cup MIKEE buffalo style wing sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat deep fryer to 375 f.
2) Cook wings for 10 minutes or until no longer pink at the bone.
3) Put sauce in a bowl, then put in the wings and toss till evenly coated.
Serve on a bed of lettuce with carrot & celery sticks.
May also be served with blue cheese or ranch dressing
For an international twist try this same recipe with MIKEE general tso’s sauce.
