When making a Mikee Chinese rib dinner the best type of rib to use is the baby back, these have shorter bones, and are easier to cut. However, any pork (or beef or veal) rib will come out just great!

In a stainless steel or plastic container, put the ribs, and one jar of mi-kee authentic chinese rib sauce per rack, make sure that the ribs are completely covered with sauce, and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least one full day, two to three days when possible. The longer you marinate the ribs the better!

DIRECTIONS:

1) Preheat Oven to 350F.

2) Place ribs on a sheet pan, put in the oven, and cook for 30 minutes.

3) Remove ribs from oven and drain any fat or liquid from pan, then turn ribs over, and return to oven for another 30 minutes.

4) Repeat step 3.

5) Remove ribs from oven, you now have chinese ribs!

Note: it is very important to taste one immediately!
