INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb well trimmed chicken cut into strips*
  • 8oz MIKEE Wasabi Teriyaki Sauce
  • 8 wood skewers

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut chicken into 8 strips & place onto skewers

2. Marinate in mikee wasabi teriyaki in refrigerator for at least one hour

3. Grill or broil until completely cooked through

4. For extra wasabi flavor brush fresh MIKEE Wasabi Teriyaki on just before serving, put additional in a dish on the table for dipping, yum!!!

*Chicken can be substituted with any other meat or even fish.
